Versatile with proven security organizational and interpersonal skills, developed in small and large subsidiaries with management experience. He makes constructive difference’ by initiating, and delivering strategic solutions to security problems, and this is achieved by combining acquired skill, knowledge and experience in achieving organizational goals of his clients. 

He served in the Nigerian Army Combat Engineers for close to fifteen years with core Army Special Forces Deployment / Combat Training and experience, before his voluntary retirement. He has worked for security organizations in management levels. 

His professional activities can be said to cut across all security disciplines in the Maritime, Hospitality, Construction Industries, and etcetera. After his experiences in paid employment, he Cofounded the August Eye Group Ltd. And solely own ChrisHerm Ventures Limited, a Facility Management Company.
